Simon Carter
Executive Producer
Simon co-founded TTW Advertising in 1994, he recently founded MC Entertainment with Peter Mann having gained invaluable experience in marketing shows while working on the productions of the Great Moscow Circus and St Petersburg Ballet Theatre. He spent time in Moscow working with and filming the renowned Russian performers and more recently in Edinburgh laying the foundations for the South African Tattoo.

Rory Bellingan
Producer
Rory has participated in 15 Tattoos in South Africa and Edinburgh, Scotland. He has been director of music for pipes and drums and a pipe major. Rory has produced and directed two successful pipe band concerts. In 1998, he was the founding pipe major of the African Skye pipe band and is still actively involved. Rory recently spent time with the Edinburgh Tattoo production team laying the foundations for the South African Tattoo.

Gavin Anderson
Technical Director
Gavin is the technical director of the South African Tattoo. He has followed Highland Dancing for many years as his sister danced, and his daughter Shannon, aged 12, has taken up the tradition. Proud dad, Gavin, has a passion for creating awareness of Highland Dancing in South Africa. Over the years Gavin has honed his fine technical expertise on many events and currently works for Mobile Events Solutions.

Anthony Evans Creative Director
Anthony is the Drum Major of the Transvaal Scottish Regimental Pipes and Drums. An internationally recognised, award-winning Drum Major, he has a host of titles to his name including being the South African Champion of Champions for the past nine years. He led the first-ever South African regiment to perform in Moscow on the hallowed Red Square in the Kremlin Zoria last year; and leads the massed bands on to the arena at the South African Tattoo.

Shendl Leahy
Acts Co-ordinator
Shendl started Highland Dancing at 5 and has participated in many national and international events. She has won numerous championship titles at competitions throughout the country and recently won the national section of the South African Highland Dancing championships with four first placings. In 2002, she danced at the World Highland Dancing championships in Cowal, Scotland, was part of the South African team at the 2002 and 2006 Edinburgh Tattoos, and was a solo dancer at the 2008 Basel Tattoo, Switzerland.

Eddie Clayton
Musical Director
Eddie joined the military as a musician in 1993. He achieved the position of Director of Music and held this post until 2006. His great personal achievement was when he was commissioned by Rodgers and Hammerstein to create a down-sized orchestral score for the The King and I, which he also conducted. Eddie has conducted various musicals such as The Sound of Music, My Fair Lady and Fiddler on the Roof. He is the great-grandson of the British composer Horace Barton and comes from a long line of musicians.
